Shipping and Refund Policies

Shipping Policy
At The Frenzy Store LLC DBA buyIndasa, we aim to ensure your orders are processed and shipped promptly to provide you with the best possible service.

Domestic Shipping
We strive to ship merchandise within one business day, Monday through Friday, provided:

  • The item is in stock

  • The order is received before 1 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST)

  • Payment has been properly authorized via credit card, PayPal, or ApplePay

Estimated Shipping Times
Orders for in-stock items received before 1 pm EST typically ship within 24 hours, often the same day. Special orders and certain items may ship within 3 business days. Most orders are received within 1 to 5 business days. For expedited shipping options, please contact us at Hello@buyindasa.com.

Discounted Shipping
If your order qualifies for discounted shipping promotions, it will be shipped using a carrier of BuyIndasa.com’s choice. To confirm the availability of in-stock items and estimated shipping times, please contact us before placing your order.

Hawaii and Alaska Shipments
We can ship most items to Hawaii and Alaska, but we encourage you to contact us first for possible discounted shipment options via USPS or FedEx One Rate, particularly for smaller orders.

Shipping Confirmation
Confirmation and/or tracking numbers are typically sent via email within one day of shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system. For AOL users or those using spam filters, check your spam folder.

Signature Service
For purchases over $200, we require an Adult Signature for delivery. Customers may opt-out of this service at checkout, but BuyIndasa.com will not be responsible for any lost or missing packages in these cases.

Expedited Shipments
All expedited air shipments must be placed by 11 am EST for same-day shipping. We do not ship HAZMAT items via air. BuyIndasa.com will not refund shipping charges for delays caused by the carrier.

Fraud Protection
We take credit card fraud seriously. Orders flagged for fraud review may require additional verification, which could cause delays. Failure to provide a phone number during checkout may result in further delays.

Holiday Shipping
We do not ship on Federal holidays, and there may be limited service between Christmas Eve and New Year's.

Carriers and Shipping Rates
BuyIndasa.com uses USPS, UPS®, and FedEx® to ship most orders. The shipping cost depends on the weight, size, and destination of your package. Special arrangements may be made for oversized or hazardous goods. For international orders, additional shipping charges and taxes may apply.

Back Orders
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated backorder time. Backorders are typically filled in 3-5 business days, and you will only be charged once for shipping for split shipments.

Cancellations
Cancellations require BuyIndasa.com approval and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-deliverable Addresses
If an item is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the shipping charges both ways, plus a 25% restocking fee.

Returns
To return an item, you must request an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be received within 21 days in new, unopened condition. Restocking fees and shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Goods
For damaged goods, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will process damage claims with the carrier, requiring photographs and packaging details.

Warranties
Warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. We will assist in warranty claims but cannot process returns for defective items directly.

International Shipping

BuyIndasa.com accommodates international shipments via the freight forwarder of your choice. To place an international order, please contact us at hello@buyindasa.com. International shipping rates calculated through UPS® and FedEx® may differ from actual charges, and any discrepancies will be addressed before shipping.

Import Charges and Fees
The purchaser is responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, import charges, processing fees, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the estimated shipping charges and must be settled with the appropriate authorities upon delivery. By placing an international order, you agree to cover these costs.

Payment and Order Acceptance
All payments must clear before shipments are processed. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, checks, and wire transfers. International orders will be verified and accepted by BuyIndasa.com staff before processing.

Product Suitability
Please check your local regulations to ensure the products meet applicable codes and regulations. BuyIndasa.com is not responsible for any issues related to product installation, use, or compliance with local codes.
